At our parks, monthly sites start at $500 for long-term sites at Silver Sands, $650 for standard sites at Fulchers Landing and Seahaven, and up to $1,050 for waterfront sites. Final pricing and availability are confirmed when you inquire.
Yes. Waterfront sites start at $1,050 per month at both Fulchers Landing and Seahaven. Seahaven also has waterview sites from $850 per month, and Fulchers Landing has semi waterfront sites from $800 per month.
Yes. All three parks welcome extended stays of six months or more. Send a long-term inquiry for the park you want and our team will follow up on availability.
Yes. Silver Sands includes free boat storage for long-term guests, and Fulchers Landing and Seahaven both offer boat storage and wet slips.
Nightly stays can be booked online through Campspot. For monthly and long-term stays, send an inquiry or call (910) 327-1300 so we can match you with the right site.
North Topsail Beach is less than 10 minutes from Silver Sands and about 10 minutes from Fulchers Landing. Seahaven sits at the back gate of Camp Lejeune, and Fulchers Landing is directly across the New River from the base.
